Worst Service and [redacted] Customer service I paid for the service & made a callThe line had a lag & voice from both sides was breaking intermittentlyI just made 1-calls using this service I called customer service to cancel services the very next day & asked for refund I was told that they do not provide refunds below $5! So you just hold on to the money from every unsatisfied customer? Not right & someone should be looking into this The Android app is also one of the worst It dials incorrect numbers & disconnectsI also tried adding a secondary number, through online account as well as customer supportStill I m unable to get that number on my account The Customer service reps are also not politeThey will say it's your fault & would not provide a refund I am told to use up the balance on my account but they cannot provide a refundHow can I use the service if I cant hear the other side? My money is gone, but hope this review saves others' money

I called Gtelecom about my issue with me being unable to use their service after being charged for their serviceBehold they told me the reason I cannot use their service was because my phone was updated and IOS does not work for their systemHow do I know that IOS isn't supposed to work for their system? If I wasn't informed? I asked them if they could extend my subscription because though I was charged it clearly showed that I had not made one single call with thirst serviceThey informed me that they cannot because I was charged on that certain day and it began then and there is nothing they can doI am entitled to be notified about any changes that my occur which would affect my service not me calling you and telling me that I couldn't use my service because I had IOS installed on my phoneThis is unacceptableThey currently have my money and I cannot make use of their service

Grked very well in Canada until they switched to *** Now there is little coverage outside the cities and texts do not work when out of country It is a good service when out of country but is not adequate in Canada

I travel to Europe often. I decided to use G3 Telecom services in November 2014 to keep in touch with my ailing wife. The service G3 Telecom claims to offer is a gross exageration as the phone and SIM card I obtained from G3T was found useless. My calls were barred !!

It took days and long distance calls from France to try to solve the issue, to no avail. In the end G3Telecom technical dept came to the conclusion that it was due to a faulty SIM card.

I gave G3Telecom the benfit of the doubt, received a new SIM card In Sarasota Fl where I wintered. The phone worked on [redacted] network. My second trip to Europe took place a few weeks later in March 2015.

As soon as I arrived in Munich and tried to call, the system selected a network but my calls were barred. I then flew to France and the same happened in Toulouse. The phone selected the [redacted] network but my calls remained barred for the rest of the stay. Same happened to Toronto as I waited for my connection to Sarasota.Calls were barred or I was not allowed to make calls etc...

In conclusion G3 Telecom technical dept is not equipped to address people issues on the spot. Such a service endangers people in fact as a cell phone is an essential in people's lives today. It is a life line to safety, to call for help, to keeping in touch with other.
G3 Telecom staff is doing a good job to soothe frustrated customers, they do know their lines. ...The technical support however is an abomination and the capabilities G3Telecom claims to have an outright total and unequevocal misrepresentation.

I recently purchased this product and received the sim card, activated it and when I tried to remove it from my phone ([redacted]) it became stuck and would not come out. This phone uses a micro sim and the only way I could get it out was by forcing it which caused the namo to separate from the adapter and the adapter to break. I called the company and they said that I would need to order a new sim card which I did. Received it today and tried it out with the exact same results as before. This [redacted] has no problem with my [redacted] sim and also no problem with a [redacted] sim which I purchased in Australia when traveling there.

G3 is best, when compared to other companies offering international calls. One thing I l enjoy best is that am able to place a call even without Wi-Fi . the subscription plan is unbelievably cheap and very clear. Customer service is exceptionally, very courteous. Thank you G 3 for keeping me connected with my family and friends.

I have used this service for several years. I started when it was 3-U located in Henderson, Nevada. Great service at a reasonable price. Then Telna bought the
company, not quite as good service but the long distance worked well.

Ever since the company was purchased by G-3, I have no long distance service, I can not get through and despite a long conversation with customer service and a many promises, I still have no long distance service nor can I contact customer service any more.

G-3 has managed to take a company that has worked well for the better part of a decade and destroyed it in a few weeks. Congratulations G-3, may you reap what you have sown.

Very Very Very poor customer service. Just to add my credit card details and add a topup minutes, they took 1 hour of my time. The reason I called the support because the online website doesnt allow me to add the credit card.

I finally found a sim card that is both easy to buy, easy to set up and reasonable when used outside of Canada. Customer contact service is exceptional. By far the best deal/service in the roaming market.
