Still waiting for my BCM
BCM went out on my Ford flex. Sent it to G7 based on there claim of one day turn around. Been 2 and a half days and haven't got an email or anything back after attempt to contact. Been without a vehicle for a month now and it's frustrating relying on a place claiming they can fix something just to get vague response or none at all. If I don't get something soon will be time for the next level of unhappy customer.

Until they screw the wrong person, these scammers will go on and on.
These rip off artists keep existing until they scam the wrong guy. Even than, it could take 6-18 months to do anything to a business while they keep ripping people off. This WILL be their last year and I AM that person. The costs this company were responsible for would not exist if they did ANYTHING they claimed they could do.

Please email us and we will resolve this. We are an honest company. Thank you

Be warned! Never send your PCM to this company.
If you are looking for PCM repair service, do not try and gamble your hard earned money to send it and be scammed by this company. That is what happened to me. A $225 lesson learned the hard way. In my desperation to have my vehicle fixed asap, I decided to try and send the PCM to them. After detailing the problems and the codes that appears in OBD2 scanner in their order form, I thought they have the idea on how to figure out the PCM issues. They shipped back the unit and excitedly installed and lo and behold, nothing happens! Still same problems. I contacted them and asked what exactly they repaired on the PCM, they said there was a hardware failure on the board i.e. PCM resistors. I brought my car to an auto electrical shop and the technician/ mechanic tried to call G7 computers to asked what detailed work they have done on my PCM but was told to email his queries. Can't get hold of them through phone. They will only reply via email with only one sentence or two response.

Do not send them your pcm
My mechanic told me my pcm was faulty. Found g7 computers while searching on the internet. The website looked great and I was excited. Shipped it to them and it was returned supposedly fixed. Reinstall it in my car and still have the same problem. I blew it off as lesson learned and was glad they didn’t keep my pcm as well. Took the pcm to circuit board medic in Greenville sc. they verified the pcm had never even been open and fixed it. Now having basically the same problem on another car I call circuit board medics and tell them what my car is doing. They were honest and told me they can’t fix it. So I take to the internet and can’t believe g7 is still in business. We all work hard for our money and I hope someone will read this and think twice before spending any money with you.

Surprised they're still in business! Been waiting for my refund for 3 months! Didn't look like they touched my ecu! Still didn't work! My Saab left me stranded two days later!

Fast, Good Customer Service & the Repair Worked
G7 Computers in Canandaigua NY was a big help to my auto repair shop. We had a customer with an older Acura that wasn't starting. We traced the problem to an aftermarket alternator failing and spiking, taking out the ECM. Replacing the ECM with a new one would have cost the customer about $2800. G7's rebuild saved the customer a lot of money without taking a lot of extra time. They were very fast in rebuilding, reprogramming and returning it to us. They also sent us an email explaining what they found and repaired on the ECM, which helped verify our initial finding. We installed the ECM, along with a new OE alternator and it worked just fine. We're happy and so is our customer.

I was charge $225 to repair the computer and when it came back it was worse, the car was unsafe to drive I called and was told to send it back. Sent it back no change. Sent it to another Co. and they said it was not repairable. Took it to a SAAB dealer and they couldn't fix it either and put in a new computer. Tries calling for 4 or 5 week no return call.
