No Customer service, no warranty response from G7!Customer Service phone # Disconnected!! No customer service, no refunds, no warranty. No email response. 20 out of 49 LED bulbs bought have failed. Promised 10 yr warranty. All customer contact cut off. No [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]+, nothing. This company is selling a worthless product and hiding.Desired SettlementSince 20 out of 49 have failed within 2 years of a ten year warranty, I want a full refund. Purchased a number of LED light bulbs through the third party vendor,[redacted], and have had these for less than a year. The packaging on the box clearly states that there is a 10 year warranty on the product. This warranty is further reiterated on the companies website as well as their [redacted] page. I have tried contacting the company at the number listed, 775-851-9404, and am routed to a voice message system that says I am to dial zero to speak to the operator. The message that I then get is that this number is busy and I am to dial the extension requested. This then just sends you back to the same message. Never have been successful in actually being able to contact or speak to anyone. I sent an email on the 7th of November and I have not received a response. I have a bulb that burned out after only 4 months of normal use and I would like to file a warranty claim. We were planning to buy quite a few of these because we only have 1 Regular incandescent bulb left in each room of our house and they keep going out slowly over time. I think we will have to wait another three months after receiving the replacement before making a purchase to ensure quality product and reliable customer/warranty service.
