G7 Productivity Systems Reviews (3)
Review: Company fails to provide customer support as advertised. Phone lines are blocked, FAX line is blocked, and email is not answered.
Parent company IPROLOG INC uses the same tactic.
Product is unusable because g& productivity systems server is inactive (g7 is owned by same individuals in IPROLOG)
Review: On 1/25/2011 I purchased a Versa Check Gold 2012 computer program for keeping personal records and printing check, total cost was $194.35. In September of 2013 the program stopped working and I was unable to get any of my records. After contacting them they responded on 10/15/2013 and informed me that it had been disabled due to a Federal Trade commission regulation (they informed me that people we printing checks from unauthorized accounts) this was not a failure on my part. They also said I would have to buy new software to be able to use my product, when I purchased the product they never said I would have to purchase any additional products and there would be free updates on occasion. I spoke to someone named [redacted] and after a long conversation without a solution to the problem, I asked to speak to a person above him and he refused to do so after asking this many times, I will say he made very mad and I did call him an SOB. I have asked for a full refund and he refused but yet I cannot use my product out of no fault of my own.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $194.35 that I paid since this product has now become useless.
Review: Our company purchased a VersaCheck product at OfficeMax on or about November 15, 2013. This product is apparently manufactured by G7 Productivity Systems Inc. However, undisclosed fully to customers until after the purchase of aforementioned product. Is that G7 Productivity Systems Inc. a/k/a VersaCheck requires customers to provide all their bank account information to a website that calls themselves gValidate https://www.[redacted].com/Web/Default.aspx.
gValidate provides no contact information for customers, and it is believes to be operated directly and/or indirectly by G7 Productivity Systems. gValidate claims it is a federal law that our company provided them all our sensitive banking information prior to the use of the VersaCheck product. We believe this had something to do with G7 Productivity Systems being sued by the Federal Trade Commission.
On January 26, 2014, we placed demands on gValidate to close our account and purge all four of our checking accounts listed in their database, which they have continued to drag the process on. All correspondences are hereto attached.
It would appear that G7 Productivity Systems, is directly involved in this entire operation. It should be further mentioned that G7 Productivity System. Was suspended as a corporation by the California Secretary of State and that their Agent for Service of Processed resigned on May 13, 2011.
We therefore alleged gValidate, VersaCheck and G7 Productivity System is operating in cahoots and are engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practices.Desired Settlement: As far as this matter is concerned with the Revdex.com. We are requesting that G7 Productivity System if they are the manufacture and/or distributor and/or profited in any fashion for the sale of the VersaCheck product (“VersaCheck X1) that we be fully reimbursed, including taxes and shipping charges to return this product.
