Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not walk the lotThe Lady I think her name was [redacted] something scanned through her data base and wrote some cars on a piece of paper and gave it to an elderly guy and asked him to check into themHe came back and said there was only one available at a price of $down and he went and got the Saturn I went Outside to look at it and there was a rattling sound and he said they would fix itHe also said it needed a new battery I told the man that the lady who brought me said her brother might sell his car and that almost $9k for a was too much so I told them to cancel the dealWhen I got home I called and asked for my deposit to be refunded and the woman (sounded like a young woman) told me that they don't give refundsI did not get any phone call telling me that I had left my glasses and didn't have any voicemail messagesI also called [redacted] to cancel the policy alsoI did mention on my way out to have the refund credited back to my account but [redacted] had someone sitting there with her discussing her delinquent account. [redacted] , please refund the $400 to my account as soon as possible The glasses can be donated to someone or discarded Regards, [redacted] ***

vehicle that applied to his budget as well something he likedHe found a Saturn Ion, we parked the car out front for him to test drive and look at while the car was runningHe just wanted to glance at the carHe said he would go ahead and do the dealWhile we were working on the contract he went ahead and put in force full coverage insurance on his policyAfterwards he walked up to the salesman and asked if he was obligated to buy the carHe was told "No, not at all." He explained that he had another vehicle to look at before he would considering leasing oursNever once did he ask for a refund he simply just walked off, we even called MrSmith because he left his glasses on a salesperson desk and he won’t return our phone calls I am more than willing to return the money, but again he never asked so I was never afforded the opportunity to do so.Sincerely,*** ***GAuto Group

I just need Mr*** to contact us so we can get his credit card information so I can refund his money He can also just come to the store and we can refund the money on his credit card if he feels uncomfortable giving us his credit card information over email. *** ***GAuto Group

*** *** leased a Ford Explorer (Vin #***) through GAuto Group at our Amarillo BranchWe have since shut down that location and have transferred all accounts to our Fort Worth locationI understand an issue arose when we had someone try to call and make a payment for ***
*** over the phone with a credit card and could not verify the car information or house address on the accountWe refuse to take a payment over the phone due to many credit card disputes without being able to verify information associated with the account*** *** is required to make a payment of $every month to stay current with her leaseShe made a payment of $on October 2015 and didn't make another payment till March 8, of $On May 2nd, she only made a payment of $We are trying to work with *** *** but she is behind over months worth of paymentsWe rather work with *** *** and get her account current but will need timely payments in order to do so
