we agreed to make the change seal and assemble everything back all that would have a cost of $ 150.00, the customer said he was fine and informed him to come back in 1 hour to finish the truck.
the customer returns after an hour to get the truck back, we told was finished only had to pay $ 150.00 there was where he said he did not want to pay.
We told him that he had to pay to give the truck back, the client said then I'll call the police, we said ok.
when the police arrived I explain everything, then the client talk to the officer.
I told the client to give me only $ 125.00, the problem the client agreed to pay the $ 150.00 and then change of mind.

Review: Your Activity[redacted]'s profile photo[redacted] (You)reviewed in the last week I was visiting in the area and had wanted to have my Nissan Frontier truck 2005 repaired while I was there as I had all the parts to do the jobs with me. I took it in to this Garage and they told me they could do my two rear hub bearings and rear front axle seal. They gave me a price of $300 to do the job. I left the truck there and they said it would be done in about 3 - 4 hours. I went back after about 4 hours and the guy told me he couldn't do the job as his shop press was not man enough. I said so he couldn't get another garage to do it. He told me no. So I said just put it back and do the Pinion bearing and seal. Not knowing at the time that they broke the rear ABS sensors and had been trying to hammer the bearing off the shaft. They also had not done the pinion seal and bearing. I now have oil sprayed everywhere under my truck. I paid them 125$ for the seal and bearing to be done and they said the bearing was ok. They just changed the seal. I think they didn't do the seal properly by making a mark on the pinion nut etc, so that they would know exactly the amount of turns it took to remove the nut, so when putting it back after renewing the seal it would be in the same place before touching it. Now I not only have to pay for my ABS and my rear hub bearings to be done!!!! I also have to pay out more money again on the rear axle pinion seal and bearing to be replaced. I would say that this garage is a complete waste of time and money they know nothing about cars and trucks. I could have done the job myself if I had the tooling. I just wished I had checked everything before taking my truck out. Oh yes I had to call the Police as they wanted to charge me more money. The police told me that they worked on it so I have to pay to get my truck back. So if I was you I would not take any thing to these guys as they will just cost you more than you bargin for.Desired Settlement: Refund. I paid 125$ and the job was not done, Also they broke my ABS sensors while trying. I also now have to have my rear axle bearing and pinion seal replace as of bad workman ship.

Review: My car was towed to Gaba's Auto Repair because it would not start. I was out of town during this time and had asked repeatedly to be told of the costs before any work was done. As is customary in ANY auto repair shop. I received a phone call saying you need a new battery and something to do with the breaks. I said ok, call me when you have a price estimate for me. I specifically told them, and I quote "do not do any work without calling me with price estimates, I am broke and I have no money, we're talking refurbished parts here." Several days later I get a phone call saying the car is ready! I will cost you close to $750.00 My boyfriend got on the phone explaining that I had asked several times for a price estimate before any work was completed. Their response was "well what were you going to do with the car if we didn't fix it." He advised them that it wasn't their decision to make. Left unresolved, Gaba's is now charging me storage fee's because they will not release the car to me without payment in full. I was not called with an estimate, and the work was unauthorized. Had I been given an estimate of $750.00 I would have towed the car to my residence and not had the work completed. This business is at fault and is making no concession to try to right their error. My bill is now over $1,000.00 and I have been without a car for over 2 months.Desired Settlement: I will pay the cost of the parts. I will not pay labor costs. And I will CERTAINLY not be paying storage fees.
