Gabays Outlet has been in business for over yrs operating in ***We have never had any claims against us and currently have no claims against us regarding AuthenticityWe have Sold products on [redacted] with only complaints and surely if there was a problem there would be a pattern of complaints which is not the caseWe have sold thousands of Handbags without incident and we take the allegations very seriouslyWhen we first received this complaint we offered to send the client a replacement bag immediately but she refused to send our handbag first, following the proper protocol for [redacted] s return policyIn the best interest of our business we refunded the client in full and she still has not yet returned the handbagWe can only assume that this was her intention from the beginningAt this point we can not be certain that the handbag she is claiming to be non authentic is even our bagGabays outlet is a legitimate business that has withstood the test of time and we look forward to serving the public for many more years to come
