complaints which is not the case. We have sold thousands of Handbags without incident and we take the allegations very seriously. When we first received this complaint we offered to send the client a replacement bag immediately but she refused to send our handbag first, following the proper protocol for [redacted]s return policy. In the best interest of our business we refunded the client in full and she still has not yet returned the handbag. We can only assume that this was her intention from the beginning. At this point we can not be certain that the handbag she is claiming to be non authentic is even our bag. Gabays outlet is a legitimate business that has withstood the test of time and we look forward to serving the public for many more years to come.

Review: Gabay's Outlet as a fraudulent business that engages in the sell of illegal knock-off (counterfeit) products. I purchased an Prada expensive handbag from Gabay's on May [redacted] which was advertised as brand-new 100% authentic merchandise. Upon receipt of the item, I decided to have the handbag authenticated due to the large monetary investment & several negative online reviews. My handbag was thoroughly examined by three separate independent sources, including the official Prada store and determined to be an illegal counterfeit, i.e. replica!! I unknowingly have spent my hard earned monies on a fake bag when I entrusted [redacted] to vet its vendors!! In addition, the Gabay [redacted] told me that he has sold over 70 bags through [redacted] which means that dozens of other innocent victims have purchased illegal knock-off bags through [redacted]!! The seller is a thief! I called the store and informed the [redacted] that I was aware of fake/fraudulent item that they misrepresented, then [redacted] promised to send me an AUTHENTIC replacement and I never received it.Desired Settlement: I would like a product that's identical to what they advertised with is a 100% AUTHENTIC Prada [redacted] handbag, NOT A COUNTERFEIT.
