I am rejecting this response because: of the way they treated me during this disbute. I don't appreciate being accused of extortion, when I asked for some sort of reimbursement for their error. I have never felt so verbally bashed in my entire life. I will not apologize for trying to protect my son, and bringing this to a public awareness. This company lied several times saying that no one was there at the time of this incident, when I can clearly prove that myself, my dad, AND SON were there, that being the whole reason for the complaint in the first place. I have NEVER NEVER been talked to or treated this way BY ANYONE let alone a business that claims to be "professional". I wouldn't hire hire this company EVER AGAIN even if my life depended on it, and will try to make sure anyone I know and care about does either.

I am rejecting this response because: This company lies. We still had possession of the property for another week after the de lean they speak of. They are lying about the fact that no one was in the house at the time. Myself, my father,AND MY SON WAS IN THE HOUSE THE DAY THIS RAZOR BLADE WAS LEFT. The fact that this owner is jumping to the accusation of saying I am trying to "exort" money out of them shows to me that they clearly have dealt with these kinds of complaints before, and it's truly sad.

In response to the customer's complaint, we like to apologize for the incident. even though the job was done properly and that's the reason we don't think we should reimburse any of the cleaning fee, it's true that a razor blade was left behind by our staff and we have apologize for that several times, including now. We're just glad nothing happen to anybody, we're willing to offer the customer a 20% discount in her next cleaning job, in any of our serviced areas, as a symbol of good faith, and we're very sorry it had to come to this instances.

Review: On August 3rd, Gabby's House Cleaning came out to a rental I was moving out of and did an initial Move-Out Clean, however, they were called back by the Property Management to come back and do a re-clean on Monday August 10th in which the team member proceeded to leave the razor blade she used to scrape soap sm off the shower doors on the bathroom counter, well within reach of my 2 1/2 year old, and left. I have tried to reach them via email to come to some sort of resolution, in the example of refunding some or all of my payment, and was only told that they could not authorize that and that they could have the owner call me if I would like. I replied that I did want to hear from the Owner, as I saw no effort on their part to resolve the issue in any way. I have not heard from anyone since.Desired Settlement: I would like this resolved in the matter of the employee being reprimanded, and a refund of my payment back to me.

As we discussed by E-mail with the customer and answer to her bad review on [redacted]. We don't think we have to refund any money from the cleaning job, since the job was done to her satisfaction. It's true that we were called back to re-clean some areas in the shower door, but we did what our policies estate. We warranty our job. Unfortunately a razor blade used for removing small specks of soap in the shower door, was forgotten by the worker. But no damage was done to anything or anybody, since the house was vacant and there was nobody in it. The lady argues that her 2 1/2 year old son could've gotten hurt if he was to find the razor blade, and maybe is true, but it didn't happen. So we don't see any reason to refund any of the money that she's requesting. The reason why I'm replying to this complaint is because we didn't budge to her extortion to post bad reviews of the company if we didn't.We have all the e-mails she sent with the threats to prove our point. Also I'm attaching a screen shot that I was able to take before she edited on [redacted], this we'll show you the kind of person she is.
