Gabe Rowe Nissan

Crack in windshield was made in the mist of fixing repairs on car. I had trouble with my car took it to Gabe Rowe in Rocky Mount, NC to fix where I purchased my car from 7 months, they repaired the issues fine but in the mist of fixing the repairs my car windshield was cracked. So I questioned the crack with a worker by the name of [redacted] he stated that maybe while they were fixing it a rock flew up and hit it, the supervisor name [redacted] looked at it and stated it's nothing they can do. [redacted] talked bad to me told me I was a liar, cursing me out and saying a lot of mean things to me basically making me feel like I'm nothing. I requested the name of the person that worked on my car he didn't want to provide me with the information, I also asked [redacted] for his last name he wouldn't provide it to me. Someone there cracked my windshield at Gabe Rowe & no one didn't do anything about it.Desired SettlementWhomever worked on my car which [redacted] wouldn't provide me with any names to replace the windshield they cracked that's all I'm asking.Business Response The customer picked up the vehicle after the repairs and then came back later that day complaining about the crack. Inspection of the crack revealed that it was definitely started by an impact to the windshield from rock or other road debris. The repairs performed were no where near the windshield and the Technician did not even drive the vehicle on the road, just in and out of the building. Anyone who knows about windshields will tell you that a rock impact can be in the windshield for days or months and the crack could spread at any time. The only one who was cursing was Ms. [redacted].Consumer Response The crack appeared after I picked my car up from Gabe Rowe Nissan noticed it soon as I left out the parking lot it wasn't later in the day. My car stayed at the premises for two days before it was picked up. If a crack was in the windshield when I dropped it off why wasn't it notated down isn't that normally what company's do if they see things wrong just so they won't have any type of blame? I was disrespected and talked to like I was nothing. I was told that Gabe Rowe doesn't fix windshields but if you research what CUSTOMER SERVICE is I feel like I deserve an apology and also if it was an mistake someone should fix it !
