Review: [redacted] was consulting with me regarding a business takeover and in order to proceed with this business we needed to expand. On a phone call on or about Nov 19 she advised me she was about to secure an architect to begin the plans. I sent here a check of $1000. According to my bank statement that check was promptly cashed on November 25th.Shortly after this, [redacted] became very absent in her business dealing with me. Texts were not answered, Emails not answered. Over the last three months my realtor that is involved in this transaction)that has also been contacting her We have been told several different stories and right now we are left with no architect plans and possible loss of purchasing this property. I even offered to talk to the architect to offer an increase to get these plans done and [redacted] would not avail me of who this so-called friend in the business was. Even after repeated attempts to find out who it was.I am not sure what happened here because it appears to me it was take the money and run. There was complete fraud here and deception regarding this business transaction. Acceptance of my check is a contract of services.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned.
