Horrible maintance, communication, manger, everything. Our fridge was leaking I called many times to complain and let them know. At the time I was pregnant and my toddler was just learning how to walk. There's been mornings where we'd wake him and he walk to the fridge to grab his bottle to slip on the puddle of water. Just today the land lady Sandy came into my place with no notice to show the place to renters! Management here thinks hey can just walk all over you. The only time you can get a hold of them or have them contact you is if you owe them money!!! Doesn't even deserve me 1 star!!

I have lived in Shadow Creek apartments for almost 18 months. I was told when I gave them my security deposit, I was told that they would need 30 days yet, so the apartment could be painted...not so..I have kept up on them (on and off)until they agreed to have it painted. but on the day it to happen, they canceled the appoiontment, due to that I wanted the painters to move my furniture.(i live by myself)also on a very windy rainy night, I was sitting in my living room and could hear rain drops...it was raining on the inside of patio doors, from the top. I ended up with a wet 4 foot x 3 foot wet spot. they came once to cut the carpet in front of the doors to see the padding..they cut right next to the frame, all you could see was the tack strip...asked them over and over (thru texting, cuz they say they never got the phone calls)..adn now they arent fixing that either....they told me to just move...
