In July we purchased a Samsung washer/dryer from Electronic Express in the Cool Springs area of TNOn October 19, the washer quit spinning in the final rinseWe contacted NSI Protection, the extended warranty company, and were told to contact GabesThey were called on the 19th but didn't respond until 5:p.mon the 20thGabe's was told what the error was on the machine, and explained to what the error represented according to the manual, and they said it would take 4-days to get the partThey were called back on Oct 30th to check status as we had not heard from themThe part hadn't arrived per Gabes, but we scheduled a tentative repair on Nov Gabe's came out, replaced a different part, and the machine went out again days laterGabe's wanted to begin the process again after we had been without a washer for three weeksI find them very unprofessional and unresponsive to the customer, and do not recommend them to anyone for warranty work

This company tried several times to repair a *** Dryer which was under warranty They kept telling us that it was my home vent system which was occluded We paid twice to have it professionally cleaned and checked The dryer continued to malfunction This company even told us that future trips for the same issue would incur a $service charge each time Their final trip, the tech suggested we hook it to an indoor vent system purchased from *** which we did It was attached to this and ran three times before it stopped again While trying to negotiate with *** they contacted *** at *** He has never repaired or seen this dryer, but he told *** that it was not the appliance, but our home vent which was occluded He did not know that it was not attached to that I purchased a *** dryer and it has been installed The tech who installed it opened the back of the *** dryer before he hauled it to the dump He stated that the problem was the fan It was too weak to blow the length of our home vent The new dryer does not have that problem, as the airflow was checked on installation So, misdiagnosis by this company halted all negotiations with Haier, because the customer is never right, it is always *** If you have a differing opinion than *** you are just out of luck Your phone calls will always be intercepted by "***" and he will not allow you through to talk to anyone else
I will never use this company or recommend this company in the future Unfortunately, they are the service company for several brands of appliances, so BEWARE!
