*** ***'s Husband *** came in with his Ford Mustang on June 30th for a clutch & Flywheel replacement we had a good amount of work before he came in he let us know he was in a hurry and needed his car for work & for the forth of July weekend the pressure kept going so I had to
stay on Saturday when wasn't planning on coming in to finish off his car I stayed until at night and he came in on 7/02/to pick up the car I told him to go on a test drive and see how he felt it because I felt vibration coming from the engine and transmission but he never came back he left with a balance of 32$ on his account and I waited minutes for him to come back but he never didI did notice that day that the clutch fork and bolt where a little off but since I had to finish the ear I had no way of getting a hold of those that Saturday night *** had the car towed back because it wasn't running anymore on or before 08/04/I did my warranty repair on it and got a new clutch kit I also returned the new fly wheel and used the original one but with a resurface because I was worried about the vibrations I felt last time I did charge some labor for replacement of the clutch fork and clutch bolt I also charged the parts because of the pressure and rush I was put under the first time I felt it was fair and there was still a balance of 33$ left on the account I would like to add that the second time *** was in rush as well for work *** told me he didn't have another car and I felt the need to get it done for him at this point everything was discussed and agreed with *** *** came in 8/15/the car is having trouble getting the gears in so I look over the car once more and I find that the input shaft bearing retainer is worn out as well and it damaged the clutch bearing at this point *** is upset and I tried to make things right because I felt obligated to fix her car after it came back for the third time so we came to an agreement that she wouldn't go to Revdex.com if we did the replacement free of charge I felt It was fair at this point and so did her friend that she brought in who happened to be the person that sold her the car Her father also called me and I thought we all had a understanding that I would repair the car once more free of charge so we can settle this with out involving the Revdex.com the total cost of the repairs made would have been $Hopefully the Revdex.com can see that I tried to settle this dispute and that I did the best from my end to cover what I could

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all I dont even speak to my father and haven't for years so saying they spoke to my father makes no senseAnd *** drove away because the mechanic said it was ready for pick upWhen I went back the second time they "repaired" my clutch I got in my car that was parked across the street and drove it back into their driveway area of the shop I explained to the mechanic who worked on my car that the clutch was way too hard to push in and he insisted that it was only because it's an old car and the transmission was going bad (my car may be old however nearly the entire engine has new parts due to the over $6,the previous owner put into the car before me) and I told him I may be a woman but im not stupid im not a new stick driver I know at least enough to know when my clutch is so hard to push in that im barely able to get it in neutralAnd he kept insisting that it was okI asked him "this work and parts are on warranty correct?" He said yes so I asked for a receipt and went ahead and left knowing I wasnt going to get anywhere with him at that momentSure enough I drove my car home (mi from shop) and hour later drove an additional miles (by this time his shop is closed) and the clutch goes out againI call the mechanic as well as AAAI informed him that it broke down again and im a bit frustrated but I maintain a professional approach and explain to him that I now have to tow my car home and I have to tow it again to u in the morning? He said that first thing in the morning he would arrange to get my vehiclehe doesnt even bother to show up or call so *** called them and no answerFinally around 11am he calls and informs us he is on his way and we live literally a block away so he shows up 5min after he spoke to ***I thought he would tow itHowever, he informs is he us going to drive my car in 1st gear back to the shopI found that completely unprofessional however my fiancé is desperate to get the car fixed especially seeing how the morning the mechanic drove my car back *** was home due to him being unable to attend work that day because we have no vehicle and taking a city bus isnt an option because we aren't aware of any buses that can take someone from san bernardino to long beach by 6:00aSo he (in my opinion) made the mistake of trusting the mechanic that what happened was through no fault of his and allowed him to fix the problemWhen I spoke to the mechanic and his son, his son was not only rude and unprofessional but he literally yelled at me in a blatant condescending mannerI actually said to him "i only asked u a question do not speak to me that way"So by this time I am fed up with their what I believe to be them deliberately "***" us around and I asked them for their Revdex.com PLAQUE or wherever their forms are and not only did they not have them hung up on the wall but they couldn't even find their current forms all their forms through Revdex.com were expiredHe pleaded with me to let him try one last time and that if it broke again then he would give me back my money I told him no im not agreeing to anything I refused to say anything elseMy friend spoke to him because I was upset with his rude son and just the overall hassle, cost, loss of income from my fiancé unable to attend work that I just said look fix it right and I will leave it at thatWell its a small wonder , I cant help but assume it was done deliberately, I now have an annoying seatbelt alert for when u dont have ur seatbelt buckled going off every however long it is (90sec maybe im not sure) the entire time im in my vehicle and my seatbelt is securely strapped inIt NEVER did this before ive never had a problem with this before now it just goes offand even worse, my seat (drivers) is now broken! I have to keep my fiancés lunch cooler behind the seat to keep it propped upAgain never had even a sign of my seat being broken and now it isSo you're darn right I reported themAnd now if it can be proved that this was a passive agressive and vindictive move by either the mechanic or the mechanics son I want all my money back and if possible them to cover the cost of these repairs and done by another companyI do not trust them and will not let them near my car again unsupervised because this may be considered an alligation however I strongly very strongly believe they are responsible for these problemsIm now worried about any other possible and potentially dangerous little vindictive moves they possibly could have done to my vehicleI wont even drive my son in the vehicle unless I absolutely have to because im afraid toI dont even want my fiancé driving the vehicle however he has no choiceHe has to make a livingI am very upset and I really want to make sure that not only is my family safe but any other possible family that does business with them
