Insurance was cancelled. Safeco continued to debit my account after cancellation. When I contacted them they claimed they had no record cancellation
Policy was cancelled 3 weeks ago
I want my policy cancelled and refund.
I am an independent broker and represent SAFECO but *** is not one of my clients. If cancellation had been requested via my agency, I would have processed and monitored refund on my client's behalf. Without *** being a client I would not have access to his account via SAFECO therefore no ability to request, monitor or control the cancellation and refund process.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I meant to make this complaint about safeco, not an independent brokerage. Soo sorry for the confusion.
I cancelled homeowners policy with

Client's claim in question was actually rescinded by the client.
Request to cancel policy was effective 10/10/2018.
Refund check of $678.70 was mailed to clients address on file on 10/20/2018.
Client requested stop payment of check on 11/16/2018 and that it be mailed to a different address.
Refund check was issued on 11/17/2018 and cashed by client on 11/26/2018
