Review: This Co. purchased client list from retiring practice. I was one of the previous owner's clients for many years and very satisfied. At no time was pricing practices/revisions ever discussed after move to this new company by company members. Last year I had taxes done I was subjected to IRS Audit. In 45+ yrs of having taxes done never audited. Responded/provided documentation to numerous questions from GPM multiple times for which I feel little attention was paid. Never saw initial IRS issues/concerns or final written resolution to this audit other than Co. telling me it was completed. Was first told there was adjustment to year-end tax, then told no adjustment. Never received my personal copy of tax submission. Received submission late so could not file electronically, did not think to run out and photocopy prior to mailing out as I have always received my personal copy from previous company. To date have no copy of this submission. When I tried to follow up on when refund was to be sent received no assistance other than told I needed to complete another form which I had already completed- possibly twice.Then, received huge bill which I feel is not warranted. Very troubling management, very poor customer service. Was also not aware that individual was not licensed according to Dept of Accountancy, PADesired Settlement: Will agree to pay half of what they are asking for at this time
