Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/05/20) */ ON MAY 3, 2015, THE COMPLAINANT WALKED INTO THE OFFICE AND STATED TO ME, [redacted] THAT HIS AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKINGHE WAS ADVISED THAT THE ONLY WAY OF KNOWING THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WAS TO SERVICE IT WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT, ALONG WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF DYE IN THE OIL TO TEST FOR LEAKSHE WAS ADVISED THAT THE SERVICE IS $AS ADVERTISEDIT IS OUR CUSTOM TO REPEAT THE PROCEDURE AND EXPLAIN THAT WITHOUT THE SYSTEM BEING FULLY CHARGED, ONE CAN NOT TELL WHAT IS WRONG, THE COMPLAINANT AGREED, SIGNED THE INVOICE, AND WAS GIVEN A RIDE HOME BY ME THE COMPLAINANT WAS LATER CALLED TO BE ADVISED THAT THE COMPRESSOR WAS INOPERABLE AND THAT IT, ALONG WITH THE DRYER NEEDED TO BE REPLACEDHE DECLINED THE REPAIR AT THAT TIME AND HE WAS LATER PICKED UP AT HIS RESIDENCE BY MR, [redacted] WHEN HE PICKED UP HIS CAR, HE WAS CHARGED FOR THE PROCEDUREHE SURPRISINGLY STATED THAT HE HAD NOT BEEN TOLD OF THE CHARGES, BUT, HE WAS [redacted] , THE OWNER, HAD BEEN A WITNESS, AS HE WAS PRESENT WHEN THE COMPLAINAT FIRST ARRIVED TO REQUEST THE SERVICE THE COMPLAINANT WAS ADVISED OF THE PROCEDURE AND THE COST OF THE WORK, WE DID OUR WORK DILIGENTLY, THEREFORE WITH GREAT RESPECT, WE ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND ANY AMOUNT TO THE COMPLAINANT SINCERELY, [redacted] MANAGER Tel: XXX XXX XXXX
