When I arrived to Mr. [redacted] residence, I was asked by Mr. [redacted] about the yard man I had recommended to him. I informed Mr. [redacted] that the yard man was not returning to pick up the brush due to the fact that he was underpaid by Mr. [redacted]. Then I exclaimed that the situation was...

between the yard man and himself. He then lost his temper and started yelling at me. So, I stopped what I was doing, packed my equipment and left. We bill after the 25th of every month, so the last check we received from Mr. [redacted] was for the month of September. Considering the fact that the 25th of October hasn't arrived, we have not billed him for this month. We have serviced Mr. [redacted] pool for a year and a half and have never faced an issue until I recommended a tree man, so I think his complaint is against the yard man and not me. No matter the situation, GPS no longer wants to continue conducting business with Mr. [redacted].
