I am sorry to say, but I do not agree with the facts of the complaint You were told when you picked up your vehicle that is was not completed yet I will not give you any restitution towards this complaint since I do not agree with your complaint
I still have not received my refund and I'm expecting to receive my truck In pieces with no original work finishedThey are still trying to find all my parts and hardwareI will have to pay for a tow to another shop to have them finish the work promised by C & S Auto repair
C & S Auto Service installed a new Mustang Front end on our Studebaker. This is an established fact. However, the work performed was sub standard and or defective and "Dangerous to Drive". C & S auto did this with Carl Wells overseeing the work and charged for the job. The vehicle has been inspected by companies and all agree this was a bad job and will need major repair to get the vehicle back to a safe condition. Those are the facts of this case. Resolution was stated in my first complaint and encourage the company C & S Auto to settle this amicably as soon as possible before other action is needed

We replaced the front end on customer's 1960 Studebaker with customer's Mustang 2 front end as as requested. The cost for the suspension work was not $2,500 as customer stated in complaint. The customer's invoice total is $6,798.38. He has paid a total of $2,500.00 towards this, leaving a ...
balance of $4,298.38 still due at this time. The invoice includes: rebuild engine, cylinder head repair, steering column, carburator, clutch kit with flywheel, aluminum radiatoand installation of front suspension. The amount billed for front end installation is only $1,200, see attached invoice. Regarding customer's son seeing a facebook post referring to the installation of front suspension was from a disgruntle employee whom was fired from us. This ex-employee was not the only person who performed work on this vehicle. After storing and working on vehicle for 2 years, customer decided to take it to a gentleman for paint work. The guy doing the paint work is in his late 20's maybe and I highly doubt he is an expert. I set the vehicle up for transporting with the intensions of it being returned back to me for completion. I have seen an advertisement on facebook of the gentleman who is doing the paint work selling the Mustang 2 front suspension for $800. There will be no money refunded on this sale, due to the fact there is still money owed to me. Carl W[redacted]
