I am rejecting this response because:
This shop doesn't provide any written contracts or receiptsEverything is done verbally, and I was never given any paperworkThankfully, I paid for the dress with my credit card and was able to provide proof in that way that I had made the purchase for my sisterIt was my gift to herAgain, the dress was poorly made and cut incorrectly from the beginning*** has no idea what our real complaint is, as her response shows, and she refuses to accept responsibility for the fact that the dress was cut incorrectly from the beginningWe were a week out from my sister's wedding and we could not find a dress for her within that short amount of time, which is why the dress was purchased*** knows this and also knows that without a contract she can get away with doing whatever she wantsThis shop owner engages in very shade business practices and does not have the best interest of the customer at heart

A contract was done and is attached with this email*** was the bride and when the order was placed, everything was specified in the contract with herThe dress fit her like a glove and it is hard to believe that the bride was unhappy It saddens me that we have been in business for years and she thinks our business is shady Again no refund can be given When she picked up the dress she paid for it in fullThe dress was wornAnd I know she looked gorgeous in it
