A Gaco Western roof system was installed at the [redacted] property in 2007 and a ten year warranty was
issued.Subsequent to that installation, repairs and/or
alterations were made to the roof by unknown parties, using non-Gaco Western
materials. This is a violation of the...
terms of the warranty and has caused it
to automatically cancel.We have offered the building owner to reinstate the
warranty if they have all the non-Gaco Western materials removed and replaced
with Gaco materials by a Gaco Western qualified applicator.
