The customer was correct that the jackets were held back for stain treatmentWe had the jacket back for months, however the number we had on file was not working anymore and it seemed that the client moved in betweenAs soon we received this complaint, we called the number listed on it to inform her that we had the jacket and apologized for the confusion- I spoke to the client and she will send someone to pick the items up- Thanks you Management
