I pre-ordered an item from them years ago and never received the item or a refund I've contacted them dozens of times through e-mail, when they did respond they assured me that they would be getting the item in a week or so and then they would ship it to me Eventually my messages were simply ignored and it has been year since the last message It seems very clear to me that they never intended to give me my item OR a refund I have the sales receipt, order details and every e-mail correspondence we've ever had
