Revdex.com:Please pass this information along to the seller:In answer to the question about the camera battery, I charged at it once I got home and had no issues with it so it works perfectly fine.  With regards to the "final sale", it would be good to mention that during the sale as opposed to having someone find out after looking at the receipt (which doesn't always happen at the point of sale since we're usually running to catch our flights).  I will accept a replacement charger but wonder what happens I get another one that has the same issue (doesn't charge).
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Hello [redacted] did you consider perhaps there might be something wrong with your camera battery, please check into this sometimes over charging will prevent future holds. The Camera charger is working properly as you discussed in your complaint . when demonstrated by the associate the product...

blue light indicates a sure contact with the battery and as my sales associate explained correctly and thoroughly that it is. But however you did sign our recite clearly explaining that all sales are final. but what I will consider is giving you a different model camera charger mailed to your home . But I will not refund your desired request. thank you fondly

Review: I purchased a charger for my camera battery which I asked the salesperson to check prior to sale. He inserted the battery and showed me a blue light that went on and told me that it works. I asked to see if he can insert into an electrical outlet and he informed me that the blue light indicates that the product works. I then inquired as to how I know that the battery is fully charged (if the light changes color) - he informed me that I should just leave it charging for a few hours but that the light stays blue. Then I went on my trip and used the product a few days in when my battery was still half-charged. Not only did the charger NOT charge my battery, it actually drained it of whatever charge it had left. I was left was a dead battery for the the rest of my trip and no use of my camera.

When I looked at the receipt, it states "No refunds or exchanges all sales final". This was never communicated to me during the purchase and it should be communicated prior to sale as it would have swayed may decision to purchase the product there.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund to the credit card I used for the purchase.

Review: I walked into the Gadget Express store in Newark Airport and requested to purchase an Apple MacBook Pro charger. The clerk pulled a box out of the cupboard, showed me that it was a white charger, and rang the purchase through, including charging my card. Only after the charge had gone through did I notice that the product was a no-name charger, rather than an Apple-branded charger, which is what I requested. I asked the sales clerk to refund the purchase but he would not, citing the store's "no refunds" policy as listed on the receipt.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund the purchase price of $117.69 (including taxes). Since I bought the product while transiting through an airport and am on the other side of the country, I cannot return the product in person, but I am willing to return the product by mail at the company's expense.
