very often, it is often associated with a very thin device and large BEVELED screen. This causes the phone to easily bend or twist the frame of the phone and can cause the screen to break when the force is great enough OR for it to hit on a corner that is exposed by the bevel.    Unfortunately, Gadget Guard does not currently offer any express or implied replacement coverage for anything other than the Guard itself; Unless the purchased product is the Black Ice "+" Edition, in which the WARRANTY PIN will provide additional insurance for the screen of your phone. The product registered to your account is not a Black Ice + guard.   If you purchased a “+” edition, have created an account, and registered your warranty pin to cover damage to your phone, please follow the instructions on your warranty pin card to start a damage claim. If you did not purchase the “+” edition, or failed to register within the allotted timeframe, unfortunately, you are not covered.
