ZERO STARS! Horrible experience!! I took my iphone into the Fayetteville store to get the screen replaced, and had gotten a quote over the phone earlier in the day, then was charged $more They even put a black screen on a white phone The next week the replacement screen started to detach from the phone, so I went by the store to get it fixed again only to find that the store had gone out of business; however, I was happy to hear that the Siloam Springs store would honor the "warranty" (same owner) I spoke to the store twice before taking off work early to drive almost an hour to get there before they closed, only to be told now that they would not honor the "warranty" because my phone was damagedMy phone was in a case and looked perfect, or so I thought They were all too happy to point out a microscopic scratch on the screen that I'm not sure was even there before they took the phone in the back to check it outThey offered to replace my damaged screen at "their cost" which was barely cheaper than the original charges Needless to say I did not have them replace the screen, I would rather pay some one else to repair it than give another penny to this crooked company I have never left a bad review ever on anything but this company is awfulTake your money and your gadgets to someone else!

Awesome service!!!! very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they can fix anything..
