Sunday, October 8, Cracked screen was replaced on iPhone at Gadget storeThe cost was dollarsShortly after leaving, you could not hear someone talking on a phone call unless you were using BluetoothI took the phone back the following morning (Monday, October 9)After opening the phone, I was told they had done nothing to cause this and they would order the part and probably just charge for the partthe suggestion was made to do a software update to see if that might helpThe phone was brought home, and placed on a table for the update to be completedA short time later, I pick the phone up and noticed a crack in the screen and a bleed on the screen..the phone was taken back to the Gadget store approximately 45-minutes laterThe technician informed me that I did something to the phoneI told her nothing had happened to the phone after leaving the storeShe said she didn't go home with me and did not know what I had done to itI took the phone to another rep
