1 star is too much

I left a Kindle Fire 10 at the Mall 205 store in January 2020 for a charging port repair. They were supposed to call me when it was ready. NEVER got a call. Called the store repeatedly and left messages. NEVER got a call back. Oregon finally opened that type of store so I went there. It is now a Fixoid store and they know nothing about where my Kindle has gone.
