Subject: Re: Complaint# *** Hello, This is *** the owner of Gadgets. I called Mr*** to confirm what had happened. I personally gave the ipod fixed back to his
mother. He says we did not return itWe are well organized and his ipod was returned to the customer fully functional. If this was something we did wrong then we would have replaced it. But in this case everything was done by the book. We do apperciate their business and if they need anything done in the future would be happy to accommodate . I am rejecting this response because: I never received the Ipod back from GadgetsMy mother dropped the Ipod off at Gadgets on 2/20/to be repaired and that was the last time I saw the Ipod. I called on 3/30/2015, to check on the status of the Ipod and I was told that my mother had already picked it upPer ***'s request, my mother called *** in reference to this on 4/6/at 3:22pmHe asked her if she had picked the Ipod up and she told him "No", because when she called to see if the Ipod was repaired, she was told "Not yet." *** stated that he would look around for the Ipod again and if it not found that the Ipod would be replaced
