Well we ordered one of the hot water heaters off Amazon an I didn't notice it was not available. I was quickly contacted by the representative from gadgets go. He helped us pick out another model that had all the upgrades the other model didn't. He was very nice and stayed in contact until our order was shipped. I agreed and the unit, a Marey Gasport , was shipped and received quickly, the price was the same and it arrived in perfect condition and was a snap to install and works beautifully.
Subsequently, when I realized that I couldn't get my warranty as the order receipt did not match the item, [redacted] immediately emailed me a document confirming the actual purchase. All in all, simple and expedient and all done efficiently and courteously. Very pleased.
