Thanks for the emailAll of our work comes with a Day warranty against manufacture defect, however, this warranty does not apply if there is DAMAGE to the screenObviously the screen was not cracked when the customer picked up the device and if it was, would have noticed at that timeWe can not warranty a part if you drop and break the screen againThe customer notes the screen had a piece of dust under it....did they notice then when they picked it up? or was this a result of them once again dropping the phone? Our warranty is clearly printed on the bottom of every receipt.Thanks
