This letter is to respond to the demand of [redacted].As I explained in the previous letter, I gave Mrs. [redacted] $3000 dollars that is sufficient to cover the expenses incurred.and therefore I do not agree to pay more money.Thank you for your attention and I am at your service for any questions.Sincerely;Mrs. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:As a response once again to the unprofessional company of Gael & Zoe Event Planning, I demand her to pay as requested as to the previous letters. I've been trying to work with Ms. [redacted] to avoid a hearing at a Sacramento Court and of further precedents. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Dear [redacted]In the previous letter, I listed and stated...

specifically all the things you didn’t do as signed in the contract. Again, as your contract shows on your 4th rule, any change needs to be done and finalized 8 weeks prior to the event, no new contract or anything was changed in regards of the food. In the contract it specifically states a certain food and you brought different. The contract was signed on both of our behalves on 3/28/16.  In regards of the cake, I asked for tres leches which is a little more expensive and that was not on any of the round cakes you brought. You brought simple chocolate and vanilla cakes with no fruit inside as we had also discussed and which I still have a round cake freezed up to proof. The food was served late, no lemonade, decorations (no drape with lights on the ceiling nor lights on the main table) as written in the previous letter. You did give me a check but that only covered certain parts of the damages caused. That did not fulfill my expenses which conclude the following and that’s why I’m requesting for you to cover the remains of the damages you caused as a professional event planner: I had to pay people and friends that where in the party to serve, run to store for drinks, pick up dirty plates from the tables, clean, assist in the kitchen, serve cake to guests and also paid for a person to be assisting in the bar since your bartender needed to use restroom and no one covered up for him and as shown in pictures. You did not comply and that’s why I’m requesting the other amount to pay the people that did your job on the event and to take over what I had paid you for. I paid family and friends that where there and help me run the event since you were just so not doing your job.Again, on September 5, 2016, we had a conversation were you agreed and said that you can either pay me $900.00 more or that you would give my daughter Brianna a 16th birthday party that included food for 100 people, cake and decorations as to make up for what you thought would be fair and to fulfil and cover the damages caused and to make up and to show how professional you are. As that conversation was recorded and [redacted] was present, in the moment of our conversation while being put on speaker. All I want is for you to make up for damages caused and pay for what you said.

the reasons I consider on not paying the amount she’s requesting is because I also incur in expenses and I consider that  with the $3000 that I gave her is enough to cover the damages caused.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the consumer in reference to complaint ID .11781192, , and find that arbitration is necessary. Sincerely,[redacted]
