I am rejecting this response because: First of all, [redacted] was not totally true full...he failed to mention that I tried the product and after I tried to use it a couple of times. I told him I had arthritis in my hands and it made it hard for me to hold the magic flight. The only way I could see if it would work is to try it. He told me that he had two other customers that had the same problem and he contacted the company to get an additional piece that made the product satisfactory for them to use. He told me on two occasions that he would do the same for me. He also gave me the option to purchase another product at a discounted price. When I declined to spend additional monies in his store he told me he would contact the magic flight company and get back to me. He has never called me back to this date. I could have been a satisfied customer as well. But it appears [redacted] want to shovel this product down my throat to make me use it because he feels it is such a great product. I came to this store to get advise because I was not knowledgeable. It appears he is willing to satisfy only some of his customers. After I contacted him, weeks after he agreed to call me back, he stated that he forgot. If you are a business then you should have the mentality to satisfy all customers so they will return not a select few. ***s business will fail if he continues to practice this type of so called customer service. He has continue used to forget to call me back apparently. After his forgetting to call me back I filled the complaint because of his negligence and his nasty manner in which he spoke me as if he wanted to argue with me. I do not feel I deserve this hassle. I have my receipt and he did not honor that to exchange it for another product instead he wanted me to spend more money and throw this $100.00 magic flight product in a drawer. What kind of business is this. By the way, I contacted a similar store in the area and I understand [redacted] has not practiced very good customer service and the word is getting out about him.. He also told me that he was not the owner, the store belonged to his uncle.

The product (Magic flight launch box) [redacted] purchased from us has life time warranty. Launch Box is the best vaporizer in the market for the use of dry herbs. The Online reviews for the product are almost always has five...

stars rating. [redacted] purchased the product in november of 2013 and after two months she came back with questions, because she didn't know how to use it. Our staff went through the manual with her and informed her about youtube tutorial videos. Then two months later in march 2014 she came back to return the product, we couldn't return the product because it was used. Our offer to her was that she could pick any other vaporizer for 30-50% off. But she declined that offer and demanded we refund her money. The product she brought back was feelty dirty and showed signs of daily use. In my opinion [redacted] C is the reason most moms-n-pops business go down, because she feels like its her God given right to use the product until she is tired of it and then simply return it after five months. We are not big cooperate store to have room for that type of loss, every single penny is a bridge between survival and going out of business. I hope [redacted] C understand our side. And our offer of giving her 30-50% off on any other vaporizer still stands. Review: After searching the yelp.com, I locate this gaga smoke shop because they had supplies for medical patients. I am new to this area and was hoping they would help me. After a long conversation with sales person, I learned this uncle owned the shop. I finally purchased a produce called magic flight. I paid $100.00. I tried on many occasions to use it and went back to the shop several times to get help on using it. All attempts were Unsuccessful. The results is, because of the arthritis in my hands, it is hard for me to work it. Finally, I decided I did not want the product. I brought in my receipt to at least get an exchange for something I could use. It has been five months and no one ha assisted me. I last spoke to a person [redacted] who claims to be the owner. He slipped while talking to me and I learned his uncle is the owner. He will not exchange the item but insist it is a great product and talked me into to him getting an attachment ....from the company that costs $80.00 more dollars more. He told me he has got it for other customers with the same problem as me and they are satisfied. He will look into getting one for me. Within the last three weeks, he has taken my number twice and has not called me back... On April 7, I spoke to him after waiting two weeks for his return call. He told me that he forgot and he took my number and said he will call me in a couple of days..I asked him for the companies number, he did not have it, he only has a website. He said he would call me back with the number. I feel I am getting the run around from this company. I just want my money back. I have a receipt. Thank you. Please do not post on website. This is confidential.Desired Settlement: I tried to get help on using product or exchange. Now I do not want to deal with company anymore. They have given me a run around a proved to be no customer oriented.
