Hi ***, My name is *** and I received the letter regarding a complaint addressed to *** *** of Texas State Low Cost Insurance. I did verify "*** *** is our C.O.Ofor *** ***, which purchased Texas State Low Cost Insurance a few years
back. He works in their corporate office out-of-state, so I looked into this matter. I cannot find any policy written by any of our carriers for by *** ***, by name, address or phone number. We have only one carrier that I can search claims by the claimant name, and I do not find a claim in his name. To be able to assist this individual, we would either need a policy number or a claim number to verify the carrier through which the claim was filed to be able forward the complaint to them on his behalf.
