After many years of employment , we discovered the owner was collecting interest on our 401k withdraws and not making deposits that were shown to be made on my paycheck. They alter driving logs, and employees are trained in how to do this. And they withhold earned vacation pay with no notice,or truthful explanation A complaint was filed with no response. Several ex employees have noted this same thing occurring. We have now had to take the next step to move forward.
