Coca-Cola is Gage's client, and this inquiry emanates from Gage's role as the agent of Coca-Cola. Gage is relaying the following information from Coca-Cola:
1. This is not a scam and there is/was no identify theft.
2. Gage is an approved...

agency of The Coca-Cola Company.
3. The role of Gage was winner notification and verification.
4. Everything Ms. [redacted] told the winner was correct. Coca-Cola or their appointed travel agency were designated to award the prize once the details were confirmed.
5. Gage did not issue a 1099 to this winner in 2014, because the prize was not awarded in 2014.
6. Sponsor (Coca-Cola ) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The ARV of the prize as listed in the rules is $4,000. Coca-Cola will award a check for $4,000 to each grand prize winner. They have asked Gage to send the checks to the grand prize winners.
7. A representative of The Coca-Cola company will contact this winner to confirm Gage is an approved agency and that the prize will now be awarded as a check and no additional compensation will be awarded.

I have followed the instructions as given by Gage for claiming my prize and have patiently waited (since November 2014) to receive said prize. I have been told over and over that I would be contacted by a representative of Coca- Cola for further instructions however this hasn't happened. I'm now told that I will be contacted by a representative of Coca-Cola to confirm that Gage is an approved agency and that Gaga will issue a $4,000.00 check.
As a consumer "prize winner" I would expect that if Gaga is representing its client Coca-Cola that they would do more to ensure that their integrity and their clients integrity is kept to a high standard. I would also expect that as the consumer "prize winner" I would be kept abreast of things happening and that it wouldn't have to come to my constant pursuit of information or having to contact the Revdex.com in order to get a resolution. Moreover, I would think that as an apology for the inconvenience that I would be given more than $4,000.00 for the drawn out process this has taken and that this would be resolved within two weeks. I have emails between Pam [redacted] and I.

On Monday, July 13, 2015 , a representative of Coca-Cola spoke with [redacted]. She has agreed to accept a check for $4,000 which is what she is entitled to under the rules. The check will be sent via FedEx July 16, 2015 for delivery on Friday, July 17th.
