am happy to say the issue has been resolved as of today and you can come in anytime to use those gift cards.  If you have any issue whatsoever please contact me directly.For your information the issue that kept us from redeeming gift cards for about 3 weeks was the result of a software update the credit card processor did after the new year.  Unfortunately our POS version couldn't be updated and we had to purchase a new server with the latest software platform ($2800).  Of course the new server had to be ordered then a technician had to come out, download our data base then install the new server which finally got done today.   Again I am really sorry for the inconvienence and hope that you find your way back into Gaglione Bros very soon.FYI I am copying the GM of the Friars Rd shop [redacted], he is a great guy that does a fantastic job and he can help you with anything you need if I am not there.Sincerly,[redacted]cell [redacted]
