I have lloked at the contract and we had no guarantee on the workWe stripped down the house scrapped and sanded the houseThere were pre exsisting issues with the house prior to us paintingWhen we got a call over the summer we were working out of state and explained would not be able to come right away and the consumer was not happy with that
In regards to Mr [redacted] reply I have the estimate and contract stating a 3 year warranty on all labor and materials. Also Ithink three months of calls and 2 no show appointments before complaining is showing more than enough patientce .
