Order for 4-inch rip rap placed OctoberDelivery was scheduled for morning of October We took the day off of work to be there to accept deliveryDriver arrived around 2pm (day off wasted)During delivery, the deliver driver was alerted that the product appeared to be something other than what we ordered (these were 12-inch boulders, clearly NOT 4-in ANYTHING)His response was, I'm just the delivery guy, and it says on my paper this is rip rapHe continued to dump the TONS of bouldersWe made a phone call to Gagnon's immediatelyInitially they insisted it was what we ordered, and WE were mistakenHowever after sending pictures, they called back and confirmed someone loaded the truck from the wrong pileI explained that I have no way of moving this rock and that it was blocking my driveway, and that now I could no longer make progress on my project (which was supposed to be completed before November) until this was removedShe said she couldn't get the boulders removed until OctoberI informed her that was not acceptable and arrangements needed to be made for correction of their error sooner than thatI was then told they could have someone (3rd party) out to pick up on or October [redacted] gave me the gentleman's number and told me to go ahead and make contact with him directlyI made contact with the individual and scheduled pick up for the 11th - no show, no callI called back a few days later (after rain and mud dissipated) scheduled another pick up for OctoberAgain, no call, no showI called and left a message on October 20th, and followed up with a text - no responseI tried again (times) on October - no replyI finally reached back out to [redacted] at Gagnon'sI left a message indicating I was still waiting for the error to be remedied and to get my driveway backI called the trucking company back again - no answer, no opportunity to leave a voicemailShortly after I received a text "out of town, sick...will take care of this in the morning (Oct)"I called Gagnon's back to tell them the situation still had not been corrected and rain was impendingShe informed that she didn't know it hadn't yet been taken care of, and now due to inclement weather they were shutting down, and wouldn't likely have anyone out there before later this week, weather permittingIt is currently sunny and dry in my location and I STILL HAVE TONS of 12-inch boulders in my driveway making it impassable, and my project will NOT get completed before November, with NO plans for anyone to pick it upThroughout this entire process, Gagnon's has made NO effort to remedy the error and has responded with nothing but excusesNearly weeks later after NO follow up or effort from Gagnon's I called and told [redacted] one way or the other, I would have the rock removed from my property before week's endeither by them or meAnd if I had to make it happen, and costs were incurred, they would be getting the bill, and I would pursue reimbursement through legal recourse, if necessary

Very bad company!
This is one of the sentences they wrote me; " We are in business to rip anyone off"
Sure not a good thing!
We are still waiting for an invoice about the arena filling called "chat" from $Doesn't sound right to me! Doing business without presenting an invoice towards the customer create a bad taste!

We are a non profit org helping our community and did not get full product that was purchased and told our business didn't matter to them, (no refund)
This company is bad! We are a non profit organization, (trying to keep our community safe in their travels) we ordered and payed for tons of AB and only received 3.8, which was weighed, then compared to the tons we received from Cochise StoneThe trailer that brought the load, (make and model#; which we collected) was manufactured for a weight limit of tons: filled to the rim, from corner to corner, top to bottom: it was only filled about half wayWhen I called Gagnon's to fix the situation, *** argued with me and said we weren't going to help us and they didn't need our business! This business doesn't care
