after many weeks he came, couldn't get the heater to work and removed it to get a replacement at [redacted]By the time he did go to [redacted] they refused to take it back because it was over the 90 day return limit.Electrician advised us he called the manufacturer, since the heater had a warranty through them for one year. He advised us the manufacturer said they had  shipped a new one...that was about six weeks ago. After many texts, phone calls and promises, the electrician has not brought us a heater. We paid for all services and material at the time of service. After spending over $3,800.00 with this electrician we are still waiting for a resolution.  We were assured, at the completion of the installation in June, that should we have any problems in the future, he would take of them promptly.He no longer answers our calls or texts...and we still have no heater.
