By far the worst warranty company to work withPlease do not waste your moneyThis company is unreliable and has a million reasons as to why not cover your claimPlease search and review other warranty companies

To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to above-captioned consumer complaint that was received by our office on September 19, 2016.On August 28, 2015, Mr [redacted] purchased a 5-year Ding Shield Service Plant (Form # DSPU FL DSOA, Revision Date: 09/14) for his Cadillac EscaladeI have enclosed a copy of the first page of Mr [redacted] 's Service PlanI have also enclosed a sample copy of the service plan purchased by Mr [redacted] which includes the front and back page of the agreement.On August 25, 2016, Mr [redacted] reported a claim to Dent Wizard for damage to his Cadillac EscaladeMr [redacted] advised his door panel was pulling away from the frame due to the adhesive not holdingAt that time, Dent Wizard advised Mr [redacted] that the damage he described was not covered under his Service Plan and requested Mr [redacted] provide photos of the damagePlease Ilote that Dent Wizard is the Plan Administrator as indicated on Mr [redacted] 's Ding Shield Service Plan, On September 1, 2016, Dent Wizard received photos of the damage to Mr [redacted] 's vehicle, Dent Wizard contacted Mr [redacted] to advise him the damage to his vehicle was not covered under his Service PlanAt this time, Mr [redacted] advised his center console was loose and that there was paint damage on the exterior of his vehicle, Dent Wizard explained the coverages provided under his Ding Shield Service Plan and advised the additional damages he reported were not covered Please refer to the Terms and Conditions portion of Mr [redacted] 's Ding Shield Service Plan (Form if DSPU FLDSQA, Revision Date: 09/14), which states, in whole or in part, as follows: Paintless Dent Removal or "PDR' provides for the unlimited removal of certain dings, dents, and creases from the Vehicle for the term of this AgreementEach PDRPanel Repair covers the removal of any dings, dents, and creases that do not exceed 3.25'x2' (approximately the size of a traditional credit card) within an area located on a single panel of the Vehicle, Interior Appearance Care provides unlimited repair of damage to the vehicle's interior cabin area seats, carpets, leather, vinyl and cloth surfaces, the steering wheel armrests, door panels, headliners, center consoles and cargo areas including Pips, burns, tears, holes, punctures, and scratches for damage up to 2" in length and diameter

There are no other current known failures at this time and the check engine light would be reset after the replacement of the purge valve.
