We have already issued this customer a full 100% refund.The problem is that this customer was a nightmare to work withWe answered every question they had, but every time we did, they threatened us even moreWe explained our situation and why we couldn't respond to their *** messages in a
timely manner, but the customer still berated us and even implied that they wish that we were thrown in jail and raped (yes, I have actual PROOF of this e-mail). They even got their daughter to complain to us, and we even answered her questions too, but she ended up blocking us once we provided proof that we are indeed a small business run (for some reason they think that because we have likes on *** and a handful of products on our store that we're automatically a corporate entity or that we're thieves -- which makes absolutely no sense).We have tried to be amiable and asked them politely to stop contacting us after we issued them a full refund, butt yet they came to the Revdex.com to continue their toxicity. I don't mind getting a complaint about bad shipping times (because that is our fault for working with an overseas manufacturer to have our products shipped out), but when a customer attacks us and tells us that they wish we were thrown in jail (and raped), then that's where I draw the line
