complaint.  However, with this game, I have attempted to play since my complaint, and have suffered further harassment.  It is a flying an aircraft online game.  And when I start to play now, for some reason, no matter what I do, my airplane beyond my control, makes an immediate nose-dive so as to terminate my ability to play the game.  I have my anti-virus protection on stand-by as I have contacted them, as they detected a bad file that came from [redacted]:  [redacted] or [redacted]

Review: Hi, I purchased this game this game during a Steam sale (Steam = digital distributor). The game was not marked as being a test version (Beta). Nowhere was this stated. It was identified as having already been released in February 2013. the actual release date is Q4 2013.1 day after I purchased the game, and the Steam sale ended, it was completely changed.Options were taken away from players in an attempt to illicit more money from them. Weapons were removed, as well as other modifications, obtaining new ships became much more difficult, and the game balance was completely changed to favor players with little skill, so they could overcome better players without even trying. After learning that the game was still in the Beta testing stages, and requesting a refund, I was denied. Again, this was 1 day after I purchased the game. The same day the changes were made. Which is also the day after the sale ended.Several issues: customers were not made aware that this is in the Beta testing stages when making a purchase. In fact, they were led to believe the game had already been released in February of 2013.Regardless of the company's policy which states that changes may occur to the game, which they may, although after the game is eventually released, major changes like these almost never occur. The company deceived its customers by not stating that this is in fact a Beta test and large changes like these may in fact occur with high frequency.Furthermore, when the changes were made, and the 'change notes/patch notes' were released, there were several wording inconsistencies, which could lead a user to believe that prices on items were decreased when they in fact were not.quote - "* All ship prices, except for Premium-modifications reduced by 25% on average."This should read - "* All ship and modification prices except for Premium reduced by 25% on average."otherwise, the consumer may think that premium ship prices were in fact reduced, except for premium modification items for them..Desired Settlement: complete refund. 66.98 USD, purchased through steam. in order for steam to refund the game they'd need permission from the publisher, which is gaijin entertainment.gaijin company policy states no refunds, but this sale breaches fair trade practices. misleading/false advertising. claiming the game was released when it was in fact a beta test. changing the game 1 day after the sale. poorly worded update notes.for the record (ran out of characters above), gaijin headquarters are in russia.
