Greedy snail
Absolutely tone deaf and greedy company which doesnt care at all about its playerbase.

Gajinet the creators of war thunder have consistently ripped of stole or not delivered on goods from their customer base.

myself had bought and paid for items in the game stopped playing for a while returned to the game and the items required buying.
I contacted customer service explaining the issue and was called a liar and told I never had access to the content. I have screen shots of it as well as some items that require me to pay to use now tha gajin said I never had access to are still equipped to my older vheicles.

a friend of mine had his account hacked and a bunch of money spent. and his user name turned to an offensive name. he got control of his account back contacted gajin and they told him it was his fault and he needed to pay to rename his account.

they have consistently been very rude in CX Support unhelpful

This game company is a scam, they have numerous bugs and issues with this game and they have been going on for YEARS with Tanks, Planes, they don't listen to feedback, ban you from the forums, delete your posts openly mock their customers, you make a video showing bugs they ban your account and have youtube try to take the video down, here is video proof that they have cheat mechanics in the game, and that they try to " force " you into compliance. hidden tanks that aren't on the server can kill you, you are shot through walls the ground etc.

Their server dictates how much money you make, it doesn't matter if you've spent money on Golden eagles and brought boosters, a premium account or w/e it was all limited, not until the players started finding out about it did they change this.

This company is knowingly defrauding the people who pay money to play it,
6:52 IS PROOF.
There is no random roll, everything is pre-determined by the server when you spend golden eagles to roll on the premium tanks, you're wasting your time, the higher up in rank = the less chance of you receiving a talisman through the random roll award also, you will receive talismans much more often at lower vehicle ranks than you will at Higher B.R's, and these vehicles that get the talismans are pointless because you will already be done with that tier anyways.
It is impossible to reach rank 6 - 7 without a premium account, and this fraudulent russian game company knows this, you have vehicles that cost 250,000 RP and you only make 800 R.P from a game if you actually do good.
Then their entire claim of " historical accuracy " as a selling point is another lie, there is no Historical accuracy, the only time there is " historical accuracy " is when you use russian tanks, the only tanks this company seems to care about, Players have made bug reports with U.S ARMY Documents and this company have ignored them, but russian APHEBC Shells ignore armor,
U.S Tanks are always moved up in Battle Rank, have numerous bugs and errors
T32 Still has a bug where rounds hit the turret and penetrate the tank, never fixed
M1A2 has armor gaps in its turret armor, have never been fixed.
T34 APCR still hasn't been fixed, all bug reports for this round have been ignored. a 120MM Turret APCR round has less penetration than a 90MM APCR round Does this make a shred of sense? Documents for this round have been ignored.
Tanks like the M18 Hellcat have Incorrect Speed will never reach 60 - 80 mph on Roads even though this was the fastest Tank Destroyer in WW2, they ignore all bug reports for it, ignore all credible proof like this from tank overhaul when they rebuilt a M18 Hellcat and you can even see the max speed was 80. MPH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BKkQzFAiOA4&t=799s
They are a fraudulent company and need to be dealt with.

These people take our money and make themselves impossible to reach and they have created a game that steals your money and resources but offers no way to deal with the stealing so it must be international

Just another game to get the US dollar.
Once again if you did not get into game at start you are fighting PRO ( Bought ) players.
MM is even worse then WOTs is you are fighting tanks 2 Tiers higher then you and fully decked out.
In the PvE side of the game its the best Aim-botting AI tanks ever made.
Graphics are 1980s Mario style. Shots coming from invisa tanks, rounds go through hills and rocks and buildings.
So as a whole its a game that is made to get the US dollar with its slow grind and no Creds to make up for the bad play style.

I was charged for an in-game purchase in the game *** completely without my consent. My hands were completely off the mouse and keyboard when the purchase took place against my will. I have talked with their customer support repeatedly, but they refuse to listen, and they refuse to refund the in-game currency (which costs real money) that they took without my consent.

During gameplay, the game caches user input during times of lag, and replays that input when connectivity returns. It happened several times during the match as I would remove my hands from the keyboard then see my car zoom forward, turn in circles several times, then slam into a wall in fast motion. The game was trying to catch me up by fulfilling my last commands. This is a common, good technique in multiplayer games, but the problem in *** is that they replayed that input when I died in a raid and the game presented me with the option to buy my way back into the match. I didn't touch anything, but the game made an auto purchase without me even touching the keyboard.

Gaijin's customer support has refused to listen to me, and they have refused to refund the purchase. It's clear that they don't value supporting their customers. The fact that they can auto-confirm in -game purchases against the player's will, and completely without player input is also very concerning.

I'd be fine with the mistake if they'd simply refund the purchase.

I purchased this game years ago in the US when it was released. I played it a lot and spent a good amount of money on in game currency to allow me to advance faster.

As you can expect, one doesn't typically keep email receipts for these sorts of purchases over the years.

I tried to sign in again recently to find out my account had been locked.
I contacted customer support and have now been going in circles with me telling them my account is locked and asking for help to unlock while they continue to ask me questions about my hardware like they are troubleshooting some sort of in-game crashing issue that is completely unrelated. If I didn't know better I would say they are messing with me to cover up that they lost what I spent so much money on.

Worst customer service ever.

I made two purchases for the company's game WarThunder for $21.49 and $39.99. Shortly after my purchase one of the company's non-employee volunteers disabled critical functionality which critically rendered my game account unplayable. I contacted customer support (Julia) via the companies web technical support. The company refused to correct the features of the game that were disabled at which time I requested a refund. Julia told me their company had no power to correct the disabled game features, would not contact whoever could, and would not issue me a refund or credit for the $61.48 I had paid them.
I was also told by their non-employee game moderator that I was a stupid American and this was being done to my account due to the US attacks on Syria for their usage of chemical weapons on civilians. This company is a Russian company ran out of Moscow and this is jus their US office.

The only address I can find for the company at the moment is the following:

Gaijin Entertainment***Moscow***Russian Federation

Phone ***Email [email protected] https://gaijinent.com/en

I contacted my credit card company and they could not provide me with an address or phone number for the company. This is information I found after a couple hours of searching for an actual address and phone number for the company. It appears the address listed on the Revdex.com site was once and actual good address US mailing address. It is however a email drop site where you can pay to have a an address in Virginia. Also when the company was contacted via their website they would not provide a physical mailing address or phone number.

I am a player from Crossout with more than 1000 hours ingame expirience. They are running a cicle model, meaning they deliberately make few item performing much better than the rest, selling them in packs and in 6 weeks they buff another item, nerfing in the meantime what one has bought for real money to a point it is unrecognizable anymore. Everything goes under the flag "Beta game" so one can not get his money back. It is rather a mockery model, if not a pure fraud.
