I've used Gail Stilwell's services on several occasions and have been quite pleased each time. I've had several different maids who were always on time, very professional and pleasant. Their cleaning skills were very good and I would, and have recommended Gail Stilwell's services to others. The office staff was very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns. I felt at ease leaving them in my home when I had other errors to run. Great job.

Do NOT use this service!! The one star is only because my actual cleaner did an ok job, but not perfect. The customer service is horrible. I have been using this company every 2 to 3 weeks for over 6 months. I had a maid scheduled to come today. She was a no-show. I called the company and they said they did not have me on the schedule, which is ridiculous because they did not have me for any other day…I didn't write the date down incorrectly, they made a mistake in scheduling. I needed the service today before an event at my house and I boarded my dog for the day to give the maid better access. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Gail Stillwell herself called me back and the first thing she said to me was "if you want to continue using our service, you will not mention this ever again"! she repeated that to me several times, in a threatening manner without an apology for their mistake…like it was my fault and like their are no other maids in New Orleans. Spare yourself the trouble!

I used Gail Stilwell cleaning service and I was quite please with the service that I received. A young lady by the name of Helen was sent to my house. She was in time, professional and friendly. All of my concerns were met and the next time I need cleaning services I will call again. But I will only accept Helen. So if you want your house clean properly, you need ask for Helen.
