This is in response to a complaint filed with Revdex.com regarding eyeglass frame satisfaction. Our office has contacted this client and have made arrangements to refit this client with a frame from the same company, [redacted]...
Eyewear, and of the same quality. The client will present to our Ottawa optical department for assistance at his convenience. After a conversation with the [redacted] company, we were advised that the hinge does not loosen up with time and wear.
