My complaint is that I was overcharged. via a line that says Miscellaneous vision service for $30. It should read my co-pays equaling $25 and that I paid this $25, instead the invoice in my possession says I still owe $5. I do not. I was also told very rudly and over and over that NO INSURANCE cover contact lenses. I contacted my Insurance and they have re-assured me I am covered. They also contacted this office in Peru. They were trying to get me to pay full price for the contacts and fitting. When I was and am covered by my insurance.
I want answers, I want a corrected invoice. I want contacts. And I want this stressful experience shared so that others know how frustrating this is to go to this company. I also am worried about other peoples bills and how much they are being over charged, or wrongfully charged. Still awaiting more info from my attorney. Thank you.
