On Monday Nov27th while on vacation miles from home, my vehicle broke down on Rtin Gaines, PAI phoned *** and they sent me Wayne from Gaines Garage, which was only mike down the roadThe gentleman loaded my SUV onto his flatbed and said, “we are busy but we’ll figure out the issue and try and get you home by Wednesday night” I received a call on Wednesday November 29th in the afternoonMrW [redacted] said that they replaced several parts (unauthorized and ineffective) and might have it running a little better, but that if I wanted to try and drive home, I would have to stay on the throttle the whole time or it would stallThis was the exact reason that I called [redacted] in the first place I said, what about Stop signs & red lights? He said, yep, you’re probably going to stall I asked if I kept the vehicle there longer and found another ride home, could he repair it properly? MrW [redacted] said “no, the issue is beyond my knowledge” He then proceeded to charge
