Review: This service station has a car wash and offers three levels of car washes. The levels are Max (@$13.00); The Works (@$11.00) and a third level at $8.00 or $9.00. Currently, they have the car wash set up to provide the "The Works" ($11.00) car wash and are charging (and noting on the receipt) the "Max" car wash with a charge of $13.00. So if you ask for a Max car wash you are getting charged $13.00 but only getting The Works car wash. Note: in the Max you get three (3) treatments of foaming detergent and two (2) high pressure wash sprays where as in the "The Works" you get two (2) treatments of foaming detergent and one (1) high pressure wash spray.

This is unethical. There is a new owner (3 or 4 months); I have been using this car wash for 7 years and this is the first time I've noticed this activity going on. I went through the car wash twice to make sure that I was correct in my observation and was being charged the $13.00 rate on both occasions for an $11.00 car wash. All these prices and there respective activities and cost are advertised at the station.Desired Settlement: Correct the car wash set-up and stop over charging.

Review: On Monday, July 12th my daughter walked into the Exxon With a $50.00 bill to purchase some items and was told by the clerk "Qaisar" that the next Time she comes in with a large bill she better tell him becauseHe might not have change. When my daughter received the items back that shePurchased she asked the clerk if she could get two $10.00 bills back And not a $20.00, the clerk told her no.My daughter who is 13 was very distraught by the ClerksResponse. I then went into the store to purchase something with a $20.00Bill and to receive change and the Clerk told Me no that he would not service me and that because he wasA private franchise he did not have to service me.At this time a customer behind me overhead the conversation And purchased the items for me since the Clerk would not sale them to me.I am very distraught that this occurred and we were treated this way.Firmly I believe we were treated this way because of the color of our skin.The customer behind me was serviced and given change.Desired Settlement: Respectfully I am asking for an apology from the clerk,
