Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe the return policy was available on the consumer side prior to my complaint However, I can't prove that...all I know is that I was unable to find or locate any refund policy link after Abby advised it was there; suddenly it's there I looked and was unable to view it I finally received the holster on June 2nd, which is a full days after I ordered it Even with a 5-week estimated date or delivery (days AT MOST), that is still way overdue and unacceptable to what I was promised I also paid $for US Mail priority flat rate shipping, which takes 2-days The holster was mailed 1st class on 5/26/and arrived on 06/02/2015, it took a full week to arrive When I questioned Abby as to why the holster was shipped 1st class instead of priority like I paid, she responded by stating, "no this also covers labor to ship it and covers the cost of the materials" This is NOT what I paid for nor is this information posted with shipping This is DECEPTIVE and appears to be a veiled way to recoup some of the cost of the holster I don't know how you can justify changing the shipping method like this.All in all, I believe the company is deceptive in their claims and was unable to complete my transaction fully and honestly I know their products are sold in stores, how does the return policy work there? Due to their lack of meeting their "estimated" delivery and their shipping "bait and switch", I am again requesting a full refund of $to my Visa I am also requesting a pre-paid shipping label, at their cost, so I may return the holster to Liion Defense holster to them The Glock is a common gun and I am certain they will be able to sell it to another consumer Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't believe the return policy was available on the consumer side prior to my complaint.  However, I can't prove that...all I know is that I was unable to find or locate any refund policy link after Abby advised it was there; suddenly it's there.  I looked and was unable to view it.  I finally received the holster on June 2nd, which is a full 60 days after I ordered it.  Even with a 5-6 week estimated date or delivery (42 days AT MOST), that is still way overdue and unacceptable to what I was promised.  I also paid $10 for US Mail priority flat rate shipping, which takes 2-3 days.  The holster was mailed 1st class on 5/26/2015 and arrived on 06/02/2015, it took a full week to arrive.  When I questioned Abby as to why the holster was shipped 1st class instead of priority like I paid, she responded by stating, "no…this also covers labor to ship it and covers the cost of the materials".  This is NOT what I paid for nor is this information posted with shipping.  This is DECEPTIVE and appears to be a veiled way to recoup some of the cost of the holster.  I don't know how you can justify changing the shipping method like this.All in all, I believe the company is deceptive in their claims and was unable to complete my transaction fully and honestly.  I know their products are sold in stores, how does the return policy work there?  Due to their lack of meeting their "estimated" delivery and their shipping "bait and switch", I am again requesting a full refund of $58.30 to my Visa.  I am also requesting a pre-paid shipping label, at their cost, so I may return the holster to Liion Defense holster to them.  The Glock 42 is a common gun and I am certain they will be able to sell it to another consumer.
